		<description>Cisco buying SUN, interesting thought and good argument.  Personally, if SUN is bought I don't think it will be either HP or Dell.  Theres quite a few more prospects that seem to make more sense given SUN's end to end product line and IP.

		<description>I can see Sun being a good merger for HP, but definitely not Dell. Dell has no software background and probably will kill Sun's intellectual properties. However, it could also be a blessing in disguise - since Dell has no software background, a merger of  Sun and Dell would flourish only if Dell recognizes this limitation and let Sun engineers do what they do best.</description>
